We carry out lathe work with millimetric precision, covering everything from part machining to the repair and manufacturing of industrial components. Each project reflects our experience and commitment to quality in turning and milling processes.
We manufacture custom hoses and supply them for hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment and installations. We perform hose braiding to provide greater strength and durability, adapting to the demands of each application. We also offer repair services, assembly, and crimping of fittings, ensuring safe and efficient operation in all types of systems.
HYDRAULIC HOSES
LOW PRESSURE
Used in applications with pressures below 300 psi (pounds per square inch), typically for the flow of fuel fluids, high-temperature lubricating oil, air, water, and antifreeze.
MEDIUM PRESSURE
Used for the transport of mineral oils, hydraulic fluids, and water-oil emulsions. These hoses are highly flexible and commonly found in heavy machinery such as tractors, trucks, semi-trailers, power steering systems, and hydraulic cylinders for lifting equipment.
HIGH PRESSURE
Optimized for applications that require higher resistance, such as hydraulic systems in industrial or agricultural machinery under heavy loads. They remain flexible but include additional reinforcements to withstand higher pressures without failure.
HIGH AND EXTREME PRESSURE
These are the most robust hoses and can operate at 5000 to 6000 psi. They are used for construction equipment and heavy machinery subject to sudden pressure changes. Their synthetic tubes have reinforcements consisting of 4 to 6 layers of high-tension steel spirals.
We have an Engineering department specialized in the design and calculation of structures and components. We create technical drawings in 2D and 3D using software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, offering precise and customized solutions for each project.
